"I hired Drew at Pushpay, and managed him directly for the majority of his tenure. In addition to world class technical skills, he brought with him senior-level thinking and �instincts�. He has become a domain knowledge expert in the payments space, as a payments engineer, as well as leveled up to become a well rounded full stack engineer, both in a couple of classic �monolith� applications, as well as a distributed AWS-based microservice based system. He adapted well, and has contributed improvements to our internal automation as we grew into a team shipping to production 10 times a day with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
